Protein Liquid Salad

Hello

My name is Dean and I have a problem

I find recipes, and I make them

Some recipes I make late at night.  So nobody knows.

Nobody can hear my screams, my sobs

Nobody sees me at my lowest

Following a recipe that I know will not be good for me

But I do it anyway.  I can't help myself

But if I do it late at night, nobody can see me crash

Tonight's problem

Protein Liquid Salad

there is no typo.  I may have hit bottom

I should have stopped at the recipe name.  But this is a problem

I should have stopped trying to buy all of the ingredients.

Comfrey leaf, what is that... oh it is a decorative plant in my neighbor's garden
Nut butter
cottage cheese
egg
soy protein
beet leaf
lettuce
aren't bay leaves poisonous?
tears collected throwing these and others into the blender along with 1 cup of WARM mint tea

I think my problem started in 4th or 5th grade.  My older aunt would come to the farm and she would make us play bartender.  She would get the blender out with some ice cream and she would make us shakes.  seasoned with whatever was in the fridge and pantry.  strawberries, chocolate syrup, cereal, mustard, vinegar, whatever was left in those tin spice containers.  We drank them and were happy.  Because Suzette was bigger and knew how to snap a dish towel to bring blood.

Suzette, you are partly to blame for this.

So this is it

yes that was BEFORE I drank it.

Afterwards.  I have questions.

I am a broken man, and I need answers.

Salad is healthy.  Salad is good for you.  Salad is not liquid.

why would someone publish this.  Comatose patients with a g-tube will refuse.

I am left here alone.  with many thoughts, and 2/3 of a glass remaining.

Wondering the depths this experiment can take me to.

Yes, Suzette, I still am blaming you

But I also must thank you for all of the early training so I can get my protein as a liquid salad, my liquid as a salad protein, and my salad as a protein liquid.

all is true.  and I have no one I hate enough to share
